Chief Executive Officer, Livybite Foods Ltd
Elizabeth Dzakpasu is an accomplished hospitality and nutrition management professional with over a decade of experience leading catering operations, nutrition-focused service delivery, and large-scale food production. As CEO of Livybite Foods Ltd, she brings visionary leadership and deep operational expertise to drive the company’s mission of promoting wellness through healthy, affordable, and culturally relevant meals.
Before joining Livybite Foods, Elizabeth served as Catering Services Manager at a major hospital chain in Accra, where she led a team of 20 to deliver more than 4,000 meals monthly across hospital units while implementing efficient inventory systems and championing menu innovation alongside clinical dietitians. She has also served in leadership and training roles at a Catering Training School, where she managed large events and mentored the next generation of catering professionals.
Elizabeth holds an MBA from Accra Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Home Economics Education from the University of Education, Winneba. Her background uniquely blends academic insight with practical experience, making her a trusted leader in nutrition-driven food service and catering.
With a deep commitment to wellness, sustainability, and food safety, Elizabeth is steering Livybite Foods to become a leading name in Ghana’s hospitality and health-conscious food industry.
Dr. David Sunu
Chief Operations Officer, Livybite Foods
Dr. David Sunu is a multi-disciplinary leader with a strong foundation in clinical medicine, business strategy, and operational leadership. As Chief Operations Officer at Livybite Foods, he is responsible for translating the company’s strategic vision into efficient, customer-focused operations that support Livybite’s mission.
With over 15 years of experience across healthcare delivery, digital health, and enterprise operations, Dr. Sunu brings a systems-thinking approach to food service operations, ensuring Livybite’s offerings consistently meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. He oversees the company’s end-to-end operations from procurement and kitchen workflow optimization to logistics, staffing, and customer experience management.
Before joining Livybite, Dr. Sunu held several senior leadership roles, where he led large teams, implemented cost-saving operational systems, and drove significant service delivery improvements. His experience also spans international digital health, having led mobile health and telemedicine operations across five countries with over 1 million users.
A medical doctor by training, Dr. Sunu also holds an MBA, an LLB, and certifications in project management. His unique ability to merge operational rigor with people-centered service delivery makes him a critical force behind Livybite’s growth in Ghana’s competitive food and hospitality industry.

Wise Chukwudi Letsa
Consultant Dietician, Livybite Foods Ltd
Wise Chukwudi Letsa is a Registered Dietician and nutrition expert with over 14 years of hands-on experience in clinical and community-based dietary services. At Livybite Foods Ltd, Wise plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all meal offerings are guided by science-backed nutritional standards while remaining culturally relevant, delicious, and affordable.
He holds a Master’s degree in Dietetics and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Ghana. His training includes leadership development through the African Nutrition Leadership Program (ANLP) in South Africa and the Management Development Institute (MDI) at Lagos Business School, Nigeria.
Wise brings deep insight from his past leadership as Head of Dietetics at The Trust Hospital, where he integrated nutrition into clinical care and community health programs. He now lends his expertise to Livybite by guiding recipe development, menu planning, wellness campaigns, and food education content that reflects the company’s mission: “Every Bite, A Step Toward Wellness.”
He is also a respected nutrition communicator who has educated diverse audiences through seminars and community engagements across Ghana. His practical and relatable approach to nutrition makes him a valuable asset in Livybite’s goal of promoting health through food.
